  • What is important for the maintenance of the jewelry pieces?
    1. Always make sure to put on your jewelry last, specifically after cosmetics, lotions, make-up, perfume, etc. as these products have materials that can be corrosive. 2. Always remove the jewelry first when undressing to prevent the jewelry from getting damaged. 3. Keep the pieces away from water, including chlorine and salt water. In case you take a quick dip in the ocean, rinse with clean water and dry with a clean cotton towel. Polish with a clean cloth to keep it shiny. 4. Remove all pieces before sleeping and before a workout. 5. Store our jewelry in a dry place, like a closed bag or a box.
  • Can I customize an order?
    Yes! Custom pieces are always so fun for us to make. Send us a DM on Instagram or email us at themidkidsco@gmail.com; we will be happy to help you! Also feel free to send us photos or videos of things that have inspired you.
  • Where are you based?
    All handmade products are made in our studio apartment in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders placed during standard business hours, Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM may take up to 2 business days to process. This time frame excludes weekends, as orders placed between Friday after 5 pm through Sunday night will begin to process the following business day. For items that are made to order, please allow up to 7 business days lead time before shipping. The time frame also excludes pre-sale items until the item is available.
  • As an international customer, are there any additional charges?
    Themidkids does not take responsibility* for any additional charges that may arise at the time of arrival to your country. We will however do as much as we can in advance to prevent any additional charges from happening. *Customs duty and/or taxes are to be covered by the receiving party at the time of delivery.
  • How long will it take for my international order to arrive?
    For international orders, it depends on the country of arrival. Check out our Shipping page for accurate time frames. Themidkids is not responsible for any additional charges due at customs, nor is themidkids in contact with the carrier in the destination country. Please note, at times, this time frame may exceed due to customs clearance.
  • I put in the wrong address! what now?
    If your order has not yet shipped, you are welcome to send an email using the form on the website. Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, Themidkids is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at the time the order was placed.
  • My order shipped to the wrong address
    Themidkids recommends to thoroughly review, verify and confirm the correct addresses at the time the order is placed. Themidkids does not take responsibility for this error, but we may of course modify order addresses if the order has not been processed for shipment. We try to help as best as we can, so always make sure to contact us!
